Cottage Rates
2 night minimum
Monday through Thursday - For 1 or 2 people - $105.00 per night. $10.00 for each additional person.
Friday through Sunday - For 1 or 2 people - $120.00 per night. $10.00 for each additional person.
All taxes are already included in the above rates. (10% total - 5% Damascus, 5% Virginia)
House Rates

Monday through Thursday - Up to 4 people - $145.00 per night. $10.00 for each additional person.
Friday through Sunday - Up to 4 people - $165.00 per night. $10.00 for each additional person.
